Introduction

I am fully accredited with:
- The Enterprise Centre to provide consultancy on their behalf.
- The National Tutor Service to provide online IT tuition on behalf of LearnDirect.
I also provide a range of IT services that are aimed at SMEs and private individuals. These include various Web services such as Web design and IT tuition on a one-to-one basis.
For example, I recently gave a graphics designer, who had been using Dreamweaver to design Web sites, tuition in the use of HTML and XHTML as they wanted to understand the underlying code. Someone who had bought a notebook PC needed help installing software for use with their digital camera, backing up data on CD-R, etc. A local businessman want a Web site with Flash.
I have acquired more than 25 years' worth of valuable IT experience while working for a leading university, in the electronic industry and in commerce.
During the 1980s I wrote a computer book, which was published by Macmillan Education Ltd, and ran adult education evening classes in computing at a local community college. I then ran my own IT business for 14 years, during which I set up and ran my own PC dealership and provided electronic reference consultancy services to a world renowned dictionary publisher and to local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
